    Jason McDonough, a CTE teacher in Coffee County, Tennessee, has explored Spark, Rubin’s new conversation simulation tool, and sums up the experience in one word:

    McDonough and his students in a career exploration class have used Spark to talk with virtual, AI-powered professionals about their jobs and held simulated conversations that focus on ethics, teamwork and communication.

    Spark is ideal for students in grades 6-12 and post-secondary programs. The platform provides on-demand access to virtual professionals knowledgeable about all career fields and the importance of employability skills.

    When Rubin Spark came on the scene in March 2026, Gary Grammer and his students in Las Cruces, New Mexico were among the first people to give the product a test drive.
